Ray Suarez is an author and journalist with some 40 years experience in local, national, and international news. He's currently a co-host for public radio's "WorldAffairs" program and a Washington reporter for Euronews. In recent years he's been a visiting professor at Amherst College, the anchor for "Inside Story" on Al Jazeera America, and chief national correspondent for the PBS NewsHour. He's the author of three books, and is now starting his fourth, on immigration in America since the 1960s, and how it is changing, and challenging, American society.
